Sobs1 generation of bus is soon to retire. No more of the buses with side destination plate placed on the outside, the squarish one I mean.

I just saw the route for the Newton 30 km run next week.... and I'm verdamn pissed.....

Race Route

Two giant laps around East Coast Park.

What kind of bullsh*t race route is this? I'm gonna get hemmed in by all the guniangs who cannot run properly, I tell you.

I guess it figures.... after all, they can screw up my race confirmation and claim that I'm a 21 year old girl.....

Nopes. First time doing Newton Run.

Problem is, for every well-managed run (e.g. StanChart, AHM), there are poorly-managed ones. Marina 21k, for instance, looked promising on paper..... until they gloriously screwed it up with a piss-poor route, poor staff deployment, poor runner management, and so on.

Nopes. First time doing Newton Run.

i thought it was the same last year? i mean the looping...

the Bear SG

i mean all these "races"

each time i read and hear about everyone bellyaching about how badly organised almost all of them are, but like clockwork, all the runners i know will go out of their way, take leave, run when injured/sick, fly home/abroad, just to go run with another thousand other runners...

i guess i'll never understand
